The following are added content and resources that I have found valuable and in alignment with my KindEdge concept of pushing hard through discomfort while making the day-to-day journey kind, sustainable and rewarding in and of itself such that we’ll consistently return to good practices and behaviors day after day. Please let me know what else you recommend. I’m a voracious consumer of content that delivers data-driven and do-able best practices for life.

- Richard (Rick) J. Johnson – Data-driven core research over decades with further references to peer-reviewed studies. Unlock the absolute root to health, longevity, and a no-bullshit undeniable truth that fat does not kill; sugar does. It also makes people slow, moody, and reactive. I personally prioritize protein, omega-3 fats, animal fats and dense nutrients. I don’t do drugs like sugar or sweeteners. This is the only sustainable life I can tolerate knowing what I now know. Most diseases and aging are down-stream effects of sugar and lack of movement and positive stress on the body. I’ve survived from and healed many diseases in myself and avoided the diseases that killed my father at a young age. And my blood tests match results of people half my age. I’m grateful for data-driven truthers like Dr. Johnson vs. the politically-driven “food pyramid diabetes-inducing” diet that Ancel Keys injected into the U.S. health system in 1961.
