Defining Direction
As described in this overview, the KindEdge steps are designed to break your big goal into distinct, measurable steps. Many of the steps may be obvious logistical tasks. But over decades I found that the more foundational tasks define whether you’ll actually succeed. You need an absolutely clear picture of what you seek, and an equally clear image of what you’re willing to forego as a result.
Fitting in just one new goal will have a ripple effect on the rest of your life. If you are going to take the time to make a change, it’s worth getting clear on what you truly seek.
I recommend you start with Step 1. From there, while the steps are listed in the logical order, you are welcome to skip about depending on what fits best into a given day.
