After decades consuming expert content on personal growth and big life changes I was left circling in place. I was well-informed, duly inspired and self-cared into a palliative deadlock. But I was not seeing outcomes from all the dollars and time invested in advisors, coaches, methodologies, retreats, gurus and more.
I’d given up on blaming myself as I had evidence via my career work that I was a very effective change management advisor on large global complex projects. Guru inspo is a great tool for helping us to imagine a new “what” in our lives. But in big life change, wherein the path seems fuzzy and undefined, all the content out there seemed to fail at addressing the how.
So I developed and tested this series of crisp, clear guides and action steps.
