As you may have read on KindEdge.com, real change happens when we let go of inspirational books & guru-speak and rather begin to make changes to our behaviors in real life. To do this we need tools like totems (objects with meaning) to interrupt our default modes and dig in new grooves. Strong words help us pile drive through life’s warring currents and spark a new, more defiant, more purpose-fueled energy.

Each “totem” sold here is designed for a specific reason to help a specific person who is dealing with a specific hurdle or challenge. This very niche-based KindEdge totem inventory is a living, ever-evolving collection and each item is custom printed at the time of your order. I work with many vendors. Vendors are very strict on their return policies, allowing essentially no returns or refunds unless I can prove a product was absolutely nothing like its description. The returns policy below aligns with these vendors and all similar businesses who work under this model. To prevent any issues in advance, I provide sizing and other product details with each item.

Return & Refund Policy

If you believe that your product has arrived with a defect, please contact KindEdge. Request a return authorization by emailing marysue@kindedge.com and provide your order e-mail, number, and a description of the product defect with a photo attachment.  If approved, any returned items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and the return item must be in an un-used, new condition with its original packaging. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges and packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt and cannot be returned including: perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, health or personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, donations, and any digital items including downloadable files, documents, templates, or software-based purchases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Returns shipping: The purchaser will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For any exchanged items, the time it may take for a replacement to arrive may vary. If we do not receive a returned item, purchaser will remain responsible for the cost and no refunds will be issued.

Order details disclaimer: Each item is printed or produced as a custom order for each purchase. Once your order is place, the product process begins. Therefore no changes can be made once an order is placed as the production has already begun. When you place an order, ensure your order details and address details are accurate before you finalize the order. KindEdge will not provide refunds for wrong information that as been submitted. We cannot change the address. If your item is returned to us due to inaccurate shipping information or due to refusal, you should contact us. You will be responsible for any costs for re-shipping plus $15.00 processing fee.
